Etymology: Logos is Greek for “word”, lepsy is Greek, “to seize”

I am keenly interested in the ways we use words –  language – to convey who we are, where we’re from and where we’d like to be going. I seek to unravel the relationship between language and  identity, finding out more as well about the varying intersections of language with development, immigration, social change, politics and technology.
